“If I have to rip Montezuma’s soul out with my bare hands, that’s just what I’ll do.”
I like the tough detective talk, but he better have some magic to back it up. (Or perhaps Wing Shan’s patented Soul Extraction Gloves, guaranteed for three months or three soul extractions, whichever comes first.)

Andy! It was great to meet you at wonder con today! Sorry I couldn’t chat longer, I was still setting up the booth!

Not a problem. We only had Friday to be at WonderCon and we walked the whole floor, so we were kind of skimming along, too.

I get the idea that the detective has been around the mystic stuff before. Maybe he has contacts that can help, if not the 19XX group. THEY seem to have some mystic heavy hitters in their corner.

Sounds like experience talking. Been there and have scars to prove it. Won enough times to expect to win again. I like the way things are progressing. The 40′s hold a allure for me and I think I will get my fedora and braces and strap on my 1911 and take a stroll in Day Dream Ville.

Yup, Flannigan has been around the block a few times. In my Secret Files of the 19XX Volume 2 coming out this summer there will be a short origin tale about the Paranormal Detective.
